Come and enjoy the fun and beauty of downtown Greenville for this year’s FIRST First Friday Event of the season on April 5 and kick off the Darke Side of The Moon Solar Eclipse Weekend downtown! Make sure you’re dressed for success in your best golf attire – the theme is “Puttin’ Around Downtown” – and yes, we will be having a best dressed contest, too. Merchants will start their shopping promotions as early as 10am and will be open late for your convenience. .
This family friendly event is back by popular demand by downtown merchants and past participants! Merchants are up for the challenge of creating DIY miniature golf holes in their businesses for families to enjoy!

The starting point of the tour will be Beanz Buttercream Bakery & Eatery where you will pick up your tour guide and try to win a FREE slice of cheesecake every week for a year; testing your golfing skills from the start with a “Hole-in-One Challenge!” You can also choose to start your tour anywhere on the course as participating businesses will have the tour sheets available too!

Looking to enjoy some spirits along the tour? Stop by the following participating DORA locations to grab a drink: Beanz Buttercream Bakery & Eatery, Danny’s Place, Eagles, Elks Lodge, The Maid-Rite Sandwich Shoppe, Montage Café, Sure Shot Tap House, Alchemy Cocktail Lounge, The Don’s Pizza, Four Twenty Three and The Merchant House. The DORA program allows the consumption of adult beverages outside in the downtown area. Beverages must however be purchased from a participating business and contained in a DORA cup.

The tour will end at Sure Shot Tap House where participants will submit their completed tour guide and be entered into a door prize drawing. We then hope participants will join us for some nightlife downtown with Mora and the Boys!
Event schedule and important information
6:00 pm | Tour will begin at Beanz Buttercream Bakery & Eatery
you may start the tour anytime after 6:00pm until 8:30pm.
7:00 pm | End of tour will begin at Sure Shot Tap House until 9:00pm
Once you complete the tour turn in your tour sheet to be entered into the door prize drawings.
8:00 pm | Par-tee will start at Sure Shot Tap House with live entertainment by Mora and the Boys.
