Hello all!
My name is Hannah Coakley, and I have recently been hired as the newest intern for Main Street Greenville. I am so excited to have this opportunity, as I have lived in Greenville Ohio for my entire life, and have been overjoyed in seeing the recent progression our town has made.
A bit about myself, I am nineteen years old, and live at home with my parents, three younger sisters, and fourteen animals (talk about a zoo!). When I’m not busy studying, or making coffee as a barista at The Coffee Pot, I enjoy reading, writing poetry and articles, running, taking spin classes, listening to Indie/Alternative music, watching thunderstorms, and of course: napping. I am currently a sophomore at Indiana University East, majoring in Communication Studies.
Though I am not yet sure what I’d like to do with this degree, I do know that I would like to use my knowledge and talents to help people and communities. It is with these ambitions, that I sought out an internship for Main Street Greenville. I am excited at the aspect of using my gifts to positively impact our community, and to gain some insight as to what it is like working for a nonprofit organization.
